Organizing travel does not have to be an inconvenience to clients. Many parts of the world are relatively safe and most business travelers do not need a full-scale protection team. At times all that is needed is trusted and reliable transportation.

Arcis international, through its own assets and network of consultants, can offer the following services to clients who need safe, reliable transportation without the need for enhanced security measures.

Airport Transportation

We can provide trusted drivers and soft skin or armored vehicles from most of the major airports in Latin America, Asia and some parts of Africa. Our drivers and vehicles can be hired just for airport runs, on a per day, per week, or per project basis for up to one year.

Helicopter Facilitation

In large metropolitan cities and some rural project sites, movement via ground transportation can be time consuming and at times dangerous. Arcis can arrange for helicopter transfers in cities that have heliports available. We can also manage the transportation logistics in rural project sites that utilize helicopters on a steady basis to transport key personnel.

Fixed Wing Aircraft Transportation

For clients moving large amounts of people on a regular basis, Arcis can put together a full service package that includes a chartered aircraft, landing permit arrangements, and logistics such as security for the aircraft and ground transportation upon arriving and departing. We can arrange for aircraft both during day-to-day transportation and during emergency situations such as security and medical evacuations.
